Kay joined Malcolm as his personal assistant in July 2014.
Kay has a degree in Early Childhood education and a strong background in sales which she attributes to her effective communication skills and ability to relate to a wide range of people.
Having been married for 31 years Kay and Malcolm certainly know the recipe that makes a successful team.
