• Maintenance – are we using the best tradesman? Are we getting excellent service at competitive prices?
• Financials – are you getting statements for your rentals? Do you understand them?
• Legislation and paperwork – is everything compliant and in order? Accurate and complete?
• Inspections – are they regular? Is the information reported back? Are the reports easy to understand?

It is important we aim to address all these by having systems in place, and know at times these need adjusting. We check rent daily as this allows us to quickly and easily follow up on possible arrears, landlords receive a detailed monthly statement and an end of year financial report, payments of all expenses are done quickly, regular inspections are done on the property, prompt notification of tenants wishing to move, efficient response to maintenance and reasonably priced professional tradespeople.
